CONTRACT

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation via email or message.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to product availability. In case of supply difficulties or out-of-stock items, we reserve the right to offer substitute products. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will refund any amount paid.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

While we strive to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse an order after sending the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders and remove products from the website at any time. We will not be liable for removing products, modifying content, or not processing an order after sending the Order Confirmation.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver the order within the time frame specified in the Delivery Confirmation or within a maximum of 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery zone limitations. Delivery is considered complete once you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods and signs the receipt at the delivery address.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices on the website, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. We are not obligated to provide a product at an incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and could have been recognized by you. Prices exclude taxes, duties, and delivery charges, which may change at any time.

INVOICE

An invoice will be provided with the delivered products.

TAXES

All purchases made through the website are subject to applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, etc.

EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We provide a 7-day return period from the date of delivery. If you return the goods within this period, you will be reimbursed for the products’ amount paid. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed. The refund amount will be credited back to your original source.

RETURN/EXCHANGE – Terms and Conditions:

• Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Some product categories, such as caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery products like stickers, cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns of products that have been used, washed, soiled, or damaged (except for damaged goods delivered to you) may not be accepted.
• Reverse pickup of products will be arranged by the Customer Experience Team only after confirmation.
• The packaging should be intact while returning the product.
• Delivery partners are responsible for pickup and delivery.
• Charges for reverse pickup and additional delivery will be borne by the customer, but the reverse pickup charge will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after the product quality check.
• Only the amount paid will be refunded for orders returned during a sale.
• Refunds will be credited back to the customer’s original source.

CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION – Terms and Conditions:

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer service team will call for order confirmation.
• Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reverted. A new order needs to be placed.
• Orders in processing status cannot be canceled.
• Changes to an order can be made before shipping by calling customer support.

REFUND – Terms and Conditions:

• Refunds will be initiated in your original source within 7 working days after the returned order passed the quality check.
• Refund requests may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
