Refund and Returns Policy

Customers can exchange the order within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • We reserve the right not to accept the return of products which
    (i) We believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at hello@whatssabout.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like Ship Rocket.

In case of an exchange

The delivery partner charges us for a reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).

• If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

• In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into the customer’s store wallet.

EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:-

We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.

In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods are returned. The amount will be credited back to the customer’s original source.

Shipping Returns:-

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I cancel my order?

If you intend to cancel your order, please reach out to customer support by submitting your request via the “contact us” form with your order ID.

If your order is not dispatched from our warehouse, only then we will be able to cancel the order the same day.

Unfortunately, if you intend to cancel your order after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will have to wait for 24 to 48hrs before we can cancel the same.

Once the online tracking information updates confirming that your order is being returned to us will, We will proceed to cancel your order.

Once your order has been canceled we will initiate the refund immediately. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
